What is this anime called?

this anime have a season 2 its about this girl she like this guy but i think he rejected her people called her sadako from the ring cuz she is scary she have 2 best friend that is a twin (i think) and then later he likes her back too and when it was on valentine's day she gave every1 chocolate except the guy that she likes and he was sad on new year their friend hook them up together and then they went together awkwardly and then he found out that it was her birthday and yeah i forgot the name!! !!!! :(
