If by tomorrow morning he still isn't using it (even a little bit, just to balance when he's standing still), then you'll have to find a way to take him to a vet. Not putting any weight at all on the leg is of major concern. It could very well be broken.Maybe a Humane Society or pet rescue will be able to help you.
