Does the Bible say that Jesus spoke in the cradle?

No. The Bible never mentions that He spoke in the cradle. However, instead of indicating that the Bible is somehow inferior to the Quran, it (as well as many other stories) points more to the fantastical and unreliable nature of the Quran.
