Do Christians agree with these verses in the Quran?

This isn't in the Bible. It actually disagrees with some traditional accounts not in the Bible, too. The Protoevangelium says that Jesus was born in a cave (not by a palm tree) and then laid in a manger. The Gospels simply mention the last part. There is nothing that mentions Jesus speaking as an infant.
